Ordering at The Bonding Dram is completely safe. All online payments are managed by PayPal and Ogone, one of the leading European providers of payment services, with more than 15,000 customers in 25 countries. All your personal information, including your name, your address, order number and credit card statement will be encrypted via a secure server software (SSL) to ensure maximum safety. Consequently, your information can not be intercepted when transmitting it to our website.

The Bonding Dram has experience in the field of global shipping of breakable bottles since 2007. Currently our process is thus perfected that the risk of glass breakage is almost zero. However, we err on the side of caution and our standard packages are insured up to 500 euro within EU. If your package is worth over 500 euro then we will propose a tailored solution.

We aim to ship orders in Belgium within 3 working days and within 7 working days to the rest of the world.

Shipping Rates

For the EU we use flat rates, so the shipping price is fixed no matter how many bottles you order. There is also free delivery from a certain amount ordered.

Belgium: 8 euro. Possibility to collect your order at 9840 De Pinte and 9220 Hamme. Free delivery in Gent (postal codes 90XX and 98XX)
Germany, Netherlands and Luxemburg: 13 euro
Other European Union member states: 20 euro
Non EU: Order the bottles in the webshop and choose "Collect in De Pinte". We will contact you by email to add the shipping costs to the invoice. We can remove 21% VAT of the value of the bottles (not from the shipping cost) when shipping outside the European Union.

Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping if your order is:
Above 300 euro when the shipping destination is Belgium.
Above 400 euro for Luxemburg, The Netherlands and Germany.
Above 600 euro for the other EU member states.
There is no free shipping treshold available for non EU destinations.
The free shipping option can be selected in the webshop's order procedure when you reach the treshold for your destination country.

Ordering bottles and samples from www.whiskysamples.eu without paying a double shipping fee?

First, order your full bottles at www.thebondingdram.eu. Second, order your samples on www.whiskysamples.eu and select TOGO in the country list. In this case the website does not charge any shipping costs and we will not ship you the samples right away. We will wait for shipment until you send us an email requesting shipping of all your orders (full bottles and samples).

What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?

We package carefully and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that one or more bottles are damaged or leak during shipment, we ask that you take photos of the damage and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement. Please note that it is possible for a bottle to sell out between the time your order is fulfilled and your shipment arrives. Should a damaged bottle no longer be available, we will allow you to pick a replacement from our available inventory at equal or lesser value.

Minimum legal age?

We may only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.

Taxes and Duties?

Alcohol products sold at www.thebondingdram.eu are subject to BE taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT, 21%). All our prices displayed include 21% VAT. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
